Scripture: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” — Proverbs 3:5–6
Surrender is not weakness — it’s worship. It’s not giving up control; it’s giving God control.
True surrender isn’t a one-time act — it’s a daily laying down of your will for His. It’s saying, “Lord, not my plans, but Yours.” (Luke 22:42). It’s releasing your timing, your dreams, your reputation, your comfort — and trusting that His hands are safer than yours.
When I gave this business to God, I meant it. I told Him, “This is Your company, Lord. I’m just the vessel.” But He reminded me — surrender doesn’t end when you say yes. It deepens when you walk it out.
There are moments when surrender hurts. When the vision doesn’t look how you pictured it, when the door you thought would open stays closed, or when God asks you to let go of something you love. But that’s where the oil is pressed — in the place of yielding.
Abraham surrendered his son.Mary surrendered her reputation.Jesus surrendered His life.
And every time, glory followed.
There is such beauty in letting go — not because it’s easy, but because it’s holy. When you finally lay it all at His feet, you’ll find rest. You’ll find peace. You’ll find that what He wants to give you is far greater than what you were trying to hold onto.
Surrender isn’t losing — it’s gaining the fullness of His will. And that is where true freedom lives.
